If your account has been frozen/disabled, an Account Reinstatement fee is required to re-activate it. Accounts that are in bad-standing due to past due invoices are automatically frozen/disabled.
How to Request a Reinstatement
In order to re-enable service, payment of both the past-due invoice(s) and the Account Reinstatement fee must be received. You can request and pay Account Reinstatement here. Following processing of all payments, your account will be reinstated to full service.
