You are able to send the delivery of messages—email and SMS text—immediately by default, or to occur at a specific date/time.
How to Use
- First, create a new message.
- When creating a message, select the schedule Deliver Later.
- Select the date and time you wish to deliver the messages. Hours are based on a 24-hour format.
- If you wish to be notified when the message is sent, select Issue delivery notification to either an email address or mobile phone number.
- If you would like additional confirmation if a message was delivered, or to reschedule or cancel the messages, visit the Message Center and view the scheduled queue.
NOTE: Once a message is scheduled for delivery to a SmartSegment, changes to the SmartSegment such as additions or removals will not be included in that delivery.
