You are able to associate or relate profiles together any way desired. This profile type is called a Group, and is indicated by this icon:

When to Use

Groups are best for when you want to manage and communicate with a grouping of profiles—like a special interest group or alumni group. You can manage a Group like a regular Profile; each Group can have its own profile data, file attachments, relationships, and change log. You can also communicate with Groups by creating a SmartSegment of that single Group.

How to Use

  1. Create a new profile of the type Group.
  2. Name the Group and set is as type Group and Save.
  3. Once created, you can add other Profiles into the Group, which appears under the Relationships tab.
If you would like your Group to have custom profile metadata, contact us.
